We understand that plans change. To keep our schedule running smoothly for every customer, Rocky View Appliance Repair asks that you follow the cancellation guidelines below when you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask for at least three (3) business hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the slot to another customer and keep our technicians’ routes efficient.
Same-day appointments cannot be cancelled. Because these bookings are arranged on short notice and a technician is dispatched promptly, they are not eligible for cancellation once scheduled.
Cancellations can only be made by speaking directly with a live agent. When you cancel by phone, we will provide you with a cancellation code as confirmation. Please keep this code for your records. If you are calling outside of business hours, please do not leave a voicemail — instead, call back during working hours to reach an agent.
If our cancellation policy is not followed, a reduced service call fee of $125 CAD plus applicable tax will apply. This fee must be paid within 24 hours of the original appointment time.
