  • Fridge warm but freezer still cold Often a failed evaporator fan or damper control We test the evaporator fan and air damper, replace the failed part, and confirm balanced cooling between both compartments before leaving.
  • Ice maker overflows or stops producing Usually a faulty water inlet valve or ice-maker module We test the inlet valve and ice-maker module, replace whichever has failed, and run a full cycle to verify clean ice.
  • Loud clicking or fridge won't run Typically a failed start relay or compressor We diagnose the start relay and compressor, replace the faulty component with a genuine match, and confirm quiet, steady operation.
  • Water leaking from under the unit Commonly a clogged defrost drain or cracked drain pan We flush the defrost drain, inspect and replace the cracked pan or tubing, and leak-test the whole system thoroughly.
  • Frost building up in the freezer Often a defrost heater or thermostat fault We test the defrost heater, thermostat and timer, replace the failed part, and confirm the auto-defrost cycle runs correctly.

  • F-series error code on the display Often a sensor, motor or control board fault We decode the Whirlpool F-code, trace it to the failing part, replace it, and clear the fault before testing every cycle.
  • Loud thumping or shaking on spin Typically worn suspension or drum bearings We replace the worn suspension springs or drum bearings, rebalance the machine, and test a high-speed spin to confirm it's stable.
  • Dryer heats but clothes stay damp Commonly a clogged vent or failed moisture sensor We clear the venting, test the moisture sensor and thermostat, replace what's failed, and confirm a full, even drying cycle.
  • Dryer won't start or stops early Often a faulty thermal fuse or door switch We test the thermal fuse, door switch and start circuit, replace the failed part, and confirm it runs a complete cycle reliably.

  • Dishes still dirty after a cycle Usually clogged spray arms or a worn wash pump We clear the spray arms and filters, test the wash pump and chopper, replace worn parts, and run a verification wash.
  • Won't drain, water pools at the bottom Often a blocked drain hose or failed pump We clear the drain hose and check valve, replace the drain pump if needed, and confirm the tub empties fully each cycle.
  • Flashing lights or clean light blinking Typically a heating element or control fault We read the blink code, replace the failed heating element or control board, and run a full cycle to confirm the fix.
  • Leaking from the door or base Commonly a worn door gasket or pump seal We replace the worn door seal or pump gasket, check the water level switch, and pressure-test to make sure it's watertight.

  • Oven won't heat or bakes unevenly Usually a failed bake element or igniter We test the bake and broil elements or the gas igniter, replace the failed part, and confirm even, accurate heat throughout.
  • Oven temperature runs hot or cold Often a faulty temperature sensor needing calibration We check the sensor against a calibrated thermometer, replace it if faulty, and recalibrate so the oven holds the set temperature.
  • Surface burner won't light or heat Typically a bad igniter, element or switch We test each burner igniter, element and infinite switch, replace the failed component, and confirm reliable heat on every burner.
  • Control panel dead or buttons stuck Commonly an electronic control board fault We inspect the control board and wiring, repair or replace the failed board, and test every burner and oven function afterwards.
