Fridge & Freezer

Fridge & Freezer

  • Not cooling, even though the fan runs Often the Linear Compressor or its control board We test the Linear Compressor and inverter board, replace the failed part under LG's known patterns, and confirm steady cooling before leaving.
  • Ice maker stops making or dispensing ice Usually a frozen fill tube or faulty ice-maker assembly We thaw the fill tube, test the ice-maker motor and water valve, replace what's failed, and verify a full ice cycle.
  • Error codes like ER FF or ER IF on display Typically a fan circuit or sensor communication fault We decode the LG error, trace it to the failed fan or sensor, replace the part, and clear the code completely.
  • Water leaking or pooling inside Commonly a blocked defrost drain or split water line We flush the defrost drain, inspect the water line for cracks, replace any damaged tubing, and leak-test the whole system.
  • Compressor runs constantly but fridge is warm Often a refrigerant or sealed-system issue We diagnose the sealed system, locate the leak or restriction, repair and recharge to spec, then monitor temperatures over a full cycle.

Washer & Dryer

Washer & Dryer

  • OE, UE or LE error code on the display Usually drain, balance or Direct Drive motor faults We read the LG code, clear the drain or rebalance the drum, and replace the Direct Drive motor or sensor if needed.
  • Washer shakes violently or 'walks' on spin Often worn suspension rods or a balance sensor We replace the worn suspension rods and check the balance sensor, level the machine, and run a high-speed spin to confirm stability.
  • Drum won't turn or makes a grinding noise Typically a Direct Drive rotor or bearing fault We inspect the Direct Drive rotor and stator, replace worn bearings or the rotor assembly, and test smooth, quiet rotation.
  • Dryer runs but clothes stay damp Commonly a clogged condenser or failed heating element We clean the condenser and ducting, test the element and sensor bar, replace what's failed, and confirm a full, even dry.
  • Won't power on or buttons unresponsive Often a main control board or wiring fault We check the power supply and main board, repair or replace the failed control board, and test every program before signing off.

Dishwasher

  • Display shows an OE or IE error code Usually a drainage or water-inlet fault We trace the LG code to the drain pump or inlet valve, clear or replace the part, and run a full verification cycle.
  • Dishes come out cloudy or still dirty Often clogged spray arms or a weak wash motor We clear the spray arms and filters, test the wash motor pressure, replace it if weak, and confirm clean results.
  • Water left standing at the bottom Typically a blocked drain hose or faulty pump We clear the drain hose and check valve, replace the drain pump if needed, and confirm the tub fully empties each cycle.
  • Leaking from the door during a wash Commonly a worn door gasket or tub seal We replace the worn door gasket or tub seal, check the spray pressure, and pressure-test to make sure it stays watertight.
  • Won't start, lights flash but nothing happens Often a door latch or control board issue We replace the faulty latch or door switch, inspect the control board, and confirm the dishwasher starts reliably every time.

Stove, Range & Oven

  • Induction element won't heat or keeps cutting out Usually a faulty induction coil or control board We test the induction coils and power board, replace the failed component, and confirm steady, even heat across every cooking zone.
  • Oven won't reach or hold temperature Often a bake element or temperature sensor fault We check the element and sensor against a calibrated reading, replace the faulty part, and recalibrate so the oven holds temperature.
  • Error code like F or display goes blank Typically a control board or ribbon connector fault We inspect the control board and connectors, repair or replace the failed board, and test every burner and oven function afterwards.
  • Touch controls unresponsive or lagging Commonly a membrane or control panel fault We replace the faulty touch panel or membrane, check the wiring harness, and confirm every control responds instantly and accurately.
  • Burner clicks but won't light, or gas smell Often a faulty igniter or gas valve We safely test the igniter and gas valve, replace any faulty safety component, and leak-check every connection before we finish.
